Custom-cut coir, by thickness

Coir pile on a vinyl backing, cut from 6 ft wide rolls, in one piece up to 6 ft × 33 ft. Match the thickness to the depth of the well so the mat sits flush.

Chocolate and Black add $1.00 a square foot. Commercial orders are priced by quote, not by published tiers. Openings wider than 6 ft take more than one piece; tell us and we will quote the layout.

Spec sheets give construction, sizes and care. We do not publish fire or slip ratings.

  1. Measure the opening three times each way. Wells are rarely square. Use the smallest numbers.
  2. Measure the depth. A straightedge across the frame, then down to the well floor.
  3. Send the opening, not the cut. We take ¼″ off each way unless you say you already have.

Questions

Before you ask

Do you publish volume pricing?

No. Commercial pricing is by quote, because size, thickness and freight change the answer. The online rate per square foot is the starting point.

How do we pay?

By card, or by purchase order paid before we cut. We do not offer payment terms at present.

How exact is the cut?

Mats are cut by hand to the size you order, in half-inch steps. For a well, give us the opening and we cut ¼″ under each way so the mat drops in.

What if a custom cut is wrong?

Custom cuts can be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee, because each one is cut for you. Damaged or wrong items are refunded at our cost.
