When it ships

Every order ships the next business day from our warehouse in Folcroft, Pennsylvania, custom cuts included. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday ships on the next business day after it.

How it ships, and what it costs

Mats ship by UPS Ground. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and your ZIP code, and you see it before you pay. Product pages and the custom-cut builder show an estimate for your ZIP; the checkout price is the one you pay.

UPS Ground usually takes 1 to 5 business days in the contiguous United States, depending on the distance from Pennsylvania.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please give a street address. If checkout shows no shipping option for your address, for example in Hawaii or a U.S. territory, email us and we quote the shipping.

Freight items

Coir matting rolls and cricket matting travel by freight, so they are quoted rather than added to a cart. Ask for a freight quote on the product page or by email with your ZIP, and we email the price with the freight to your door within one business day. Nothing is ordered until you say yes. An order too large for UPS is quoted the same way.

Damage in transit

If a mat arrives damaged, email hello@coirmats.com with your order number and a photo, and we replace or refund it as our refund policy says.
